Stuart Little - Character Trait Analysis activity

My Reflection I.a.l.t relate to the characters in the text to understand their purpose. In this activity I had to write about Stuarts behaviour aand copy it to my life  My success criteria for this activity were: i am able to talk about characters and their behaviour • I am able to talk about characters and their behaviour • I am able able to describe and explain character traits with examples from the text • I can use relationship diagrams to show how characters relate and interact with one another I think I achieved to do it my best. My next steps in Reading are to ask for help when i need it.

My persuasive speech - We should help people in Syria

My Reflection: I was learning to write, plan and present a persuasive speech. My success criteria were: - I have an introduction, conclusion, and three paragraphs each giving a reason to support my main argument - each of my paragraphs are at least three sentences long - I have researched and included facts to back up my argument - I speak loudly and clearly to my audience - my speech is between 2 and 3 minutes long I think I achieved because my story was 2 to 3 three mins long and i have 3 reason and an intro and a conclusion. Next time I write or present a speech I will need to work on my volume. I think I did well at my intro.

Understand 24 hour time

My Reflection
I was learning to understand 24 hour time and write the time in numbers (digital) and words. In this activity I had to tell 24 hour time and fill in the boxes

I think i achieved this activity because i did not know my time very well before I did this activity. My next steps are to focus more and choose a better place to work so i can finish faster.

My Reflection: I was learning to add two digit numbers using place value. In this activity I had to use place value to work out how much dose a dog cost I found this tricky because I was not on track most of it My next steps are to stay on track when I do my next activaty

My Reflection: I have been learning to compare a traditional and fractured fairytale. I found this easy/tricky/hard because, i found it easy because i know what i was writing In this activity I had to choose a fairy tale then needed to writ fractured pits simaler and originle

Hokey Skills

What was that I could feel

one normal day at school i found a path way i wondered if  it lead to another demenchon. i went down the winding trail and , then it sarted to go dark i could not see then i touch the wall to gide my way out of the mistical trail of human bones.when i felt the wall it was like blood driping down my arm i was so perified. i tried to open the door but just wont fuge. so i went back down the horid  stear case, THEN something touched my sholder i lit a torch and saw... A MUMMY that was an achent worryer it was creepy and it had a zombie kitten called molly and a zimbie bunny called orio not the biscait a name! 

My Reflection
I was learning to use parts of speech to add interest and detail to my writing. I found this easy because I planned out my story in my head before I wrote it. In this activity I had to write 100 words and try to make it interesting by using three or more interesting adjectives.

My next steps in my writing are to use capital letters at the start of my sentences and make sure my spelling is correct.

term 2 week 9 Dear diray

Dear diary this term I learnt some of my time tables  and have got way better at my plus and take away.I'm  trying to get  to the top of everything in class. I try to not  get  detracted  on the mat . It has been very hard to make new opportunity  for things like fractions and  times  table. But I still love it  very much  , it is hard
 but I don't care  , at lest I'm having fun. I have moved a level in math so it got harder but sometimes I need a little challenge . Division is the challnging thing in maths and mostly in maths its  alawys

AIYANA ALLSOPP Matariki writing

My Reflection
WALT write an acrostic poem about matariki.
I achieved my success criteria because I have done all of my words matariki themed. I have written a sentence for each letter, and the first word of each of my sentences starts with a letter from Matariki. I think I have written about the main features of Matariki. My kind of makes sense.
My next steps for my writing are to make sure my writing makes sense.
