WALT: relate to the characters in the text.

Reflection

In my Reading work, I am learning to describe a character and what their traits are and how they're like as a person.

I found this complex because I am not that sure of what Kahu is like.

I need to start paying more attention to the characters in the story.

In my Reading work, I am learning to read a paragraph and able to answer questions about what I have read.

I found this simple because I focus well on what I am reading, and able to answer questions.

My Reflection 

so what i had to do was i had to compare wilber with one of my friends and i chose Sky. it  was really easy cause wilber and Sky like the same things and there are only a a few differences if wilber were real that they would be best friends.

i did not find many thing hard just to think of things.

My next step is to be faster

We had to read the paragraph to try and imagine something and then use the scribble up on the side and we made the shape into a crocodile/newt. We added eyes and some legs and the belly. The most challenging things was when we had to shape the body.

What we did well was trying and doing the body and making it exactly like we thought it would be My next step is to work more on detailing.

what i did was i had to have a really good look at the  pictures of the spider web and the spider and then i had to answer true or false to the questions it was pretty easy.


i feel on task.

i can now answer these questions without looking at the pictures

my next steps are to be a bit more faster

i had to compare charlotte and one of my friends and i chose sky then i find out  different things about them and things that are the same about them. 

i think i did well but i think i could have a bit more than that.

i don't know how to feel about it?

i'm surprised that i finished!🤓

Summer personality traits

WALT relate to characters in the text to understand their purpose.
 We had to remember the event that happened  and then write down what Summer did in the story and what she choose to do. then i wrote down what kind person Summer was.

i need to improve on adding  more detail into what i'm trying to say.

it was easy because  i know what summer is like by how she  is in the story.

for the August and Summer tagul you need to go to the website and press create and you can put words in the and change the color and the font and you choose a shape the words you chose form the shape on the image you choose. and then i took a screenshot 

it was a little tricky but then i got the hang of it after i did the August tagul because i had never used tagul before so it was sort of tricky
 i was surprised that it was really fun and hat i could get through it 
the most challenging thing was   finding words that match

Stuart Little - Character Trait Analysis activity

My Reflection I.a.l.t relate to the characters in the text to understand their purpose. In this activity I had to write about Stuarts behaviour aand copy it to my life  My success criteria for this activity were: i am able to talk about characters and their behaviour • I am able to talk about characters and their behaviour • I am able able to describe and explain character traits with examples from the text • I can use relationship diagrams to show how characters relate and interact with one another I think I achieved to do it my best. My next steps in Reading are to ask for help when i need it.

My Reflection: WALT answer a range of comprehension questions. In this activity I had to read the text and fill in the boxes I found this easy/tricky/hard because , tricky cause the questions were kinda hard My next steps are to give more detal to the sentanes that i write
