Protractor Maths
In maths I have been working on Geometry - measuring Angles.
I have done a Hexagon matching puzzle, Name angle measuring art, Protractor golf, and a beginners measuring angles activity.
This is a photo of my name angle art. For this piece of work I had to write my names using a ruler, and using straight lines.
Then we had to measure the all the angles in our name using protractors.
I found this Easy as soon as I understood how to measure angles using the protractor.
Next time I could try and challenge myself to something harder

Improper Fractions & Mixed Numbers
once upon a time in a faraway land JK it was just a normal school day Me and my best best friend made a slide about improper and mixed fractions we made it for the year fours so they can learn a bit more about improper and mixed fractions so they can get it from another kids view and teach them about how we learnt how to do it it took ages but it finally paid off me and Sky just basically mucked around most of the time I did 3 slides and she did another 3 it was good learning about mixed numbers and fractions with someone who's at the same level as me. I want to teach little kids an easier way to see mixed numbers and fractions
BYYYYYYYEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ππ

Place value
WALT: add numbers by splitting a number using place value
Reflection
In my work Maths, I am learning to add big or small numbers using place value partitioning.
I found the last problem really tricky because I was getting confused with the place value
Next time I could use a diagram of the place value house to help me with the bigger numbers.
Character Profile
WALT: relate to the characters in the text.
Reflection
In my Reading work, I am learning to describe a character and what their traits are and how they're like as a person.
I found this complex because I am not that sure of what Kahu is like.
I need to start paying more attention to the characters in the story.
